1/18/09 Tug-spotting this morning on the Hudson River, south of Albany, in a snowstorm. Very poor visibility resulted in not being able to identify a tug. It was, however, pushing the Boston No. 3 barge and both sported the same colors: white with dark green stripes edged with dark red. If I could find the owners of the barge it could lead to a tug ID. I searched, but came up empty. Does anyone here have an idea? Deb
