Am interested in communicating with anyone who has photos or information regarding a particular tugboat. Last known as the CHARLES H HARPER in Baltimore, earlier known as the FRANK W SPENCER in Savannah/Norfolk, and the US Army GENERAL J.M. BRANNON. Built in Fore River as a part of a US Army Quartermaster contract for 8 identical 98' tugs. Launched in 1909. She worked for Corps of Engineers Savannah River District from 1920-1939. Last operated in Baltimore from 1948-1979. Currently abandoned in Curtis Creek, Baltimore as of 1981.

Try the tugboats group at Yahoo. I don't have the address handy. They're a bunch of enthusiasts with a vault full of photos and info.
